Gym/personal training studio located in one of Mebane's busiest shopping centers next to a grocery store. It's been running since 2012. I train clientele myself but, one could easily bring in personal trainers to do the work that I do and simply manage them. I have an in-house physical therapist that rents for me as well as a smoothie company that rents space for me. The other trainers that are in my gym rent for me as well. We have roughly 60 members and 40+ personal training clients.
