Venturu Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: September 21, 2026

Venturu, Inc. (“Venturu,” “we,” “us”) is committed to making our website www.venturu.com and related online services usable by people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, and we continually improve accessibility as we ship product updates.

This statement describes our approach, known limitations, and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier.

1. Measures we take

We work to incorporate accessibility into design, development, and quality assurance, including:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (for example, headers, navigation, and main content regions)
  • Keyboard operability and visible focus indicators for interactive controls
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon-only controls
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and controls in our design system
  • Automated accessibility checks on key public pages in our test pipeline
  • Manual review of high-traffic flows (sign-in, marketplace browse, listing inquiry, and account settings)

2. Compatibility

Our Service is intended to work with recent versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification. We support standard browser zoom up to 200% without loss of essential content or functionality on primary layouts.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Examples may include:

  • Third-party embeds (for example, status badges, support chat, or payment flows) controlled by external providers
  • User-generated or broker-uploaded listing media that may lack complete alternative text until reviewed
  • Complex data visualizations or document editors where we are still improving non-visual equivalents
  • Legacy pages or rarely used admin tools pending remediation

We prioritize fixes that block access to core marketplace and account tasks.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of our Service, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Please include:

  • The page URL or feature you were using
  • A brief description of the barrier you experienced
  • The assistive technology and browser you use, if applicable

We try to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through a reasonable alternative means where possible.

5. Formal complaints (United States)

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again at hello@venturu.com. We take accessibility complaints seriously and will escalate internally for review.

6. Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We update this statement when we make material improvements or when our contact process changes.
